Along with the highly reliable Z4000 coffee brewer, La Brillante also features the new PrimeMilk technology: a pioneering milk frother system which, besides offering fresh milk-based beverages foamed to perfection, allows the required amount of froth to be dosed with precision and for each recipe, thereby satisfying the preferences of even the most demanding customers.

La Brillante also makes work easier for operators: the PrimeMilk system includes automated cleaning cycles, simply activated on the display and for which none of the internal components needs to be removed or disassembled.
