At Corporate Coffee, our preferred servicing agents are Coffee Biz NZ Ltd, as they are experts at servicing and maintaining all brands of equipment found on our website.

We can provide the following services at very competitive rates:

  • Regular cleaning/preventative maintenance visits (dependent upon location)
  • Full workshop service
  • On-site visits for Corporate Coffee customers (by arrangement)

Standard rates (excludes Jura):

  • Workshop Servicing: $85.00 + gst (min charge) per hour
  • Parts costs are charged in addition to these rates

Jura Servicing and Repairs

A Jura Service includes labour required to service your coffee machine including smaller wear-and-tear parts such as o-rings and hoses.

Please Note:

  • Jura servicing is available only at our East Tamaki Workshop
  • A 12-month repair warranty applies only to parts replaced during service

  • Check milk system (hygiene)

  • Replace O-rings in hot water and steam section, descale fluid system
  • Open the machine and check for leak tightness and cleanliness
  • Check software version (if necessary update)

  • Check water quality (check water filter)
  • Check flowmeter
  • Check machine on function
  • Check inner dist. collar, if necessary replace
  • Check all products
  • Check brewing unit
  • Perform outgoing diagnostic
  • Check motor incl gear
  • Check coffee spout (hygiene)
